Irene Chong is the CEO of Sunrise Group, a real estate investment and advisory group and founder of #Meetarts, an e-commerce C2C platform for visual artists. She obtained a Masters of Public Administration from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), an Executive Masters of Business Administration from INSEAD and Tsinghua University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from NUS Business School (Merit).
Irene is an Independent Board Director and advisor in various charities, Non Profit Organisations (NPO) and private companies. She has been an active community leader over the last decade with vast experience in strategy planning and fund raising for various charities and NPOs. An ex-banker in various international banks, Irene also has extensive experience in Finance & Investment.
Irene received the Dean’s leadership award in LKYSPP in 2020 and was one of the shortlisted finalists for the President’s Volunteer and Philanthropy Award in 2021. She was featured as a community leader by NVPC in the Marina Bay Countdown 2021.
