Goh Ching Lee is the Executive and Artistic Director of CultureLink Singapore, a creative producing, touring and consulting agency she founded  after her decade-long tenure as the Director of the Singapore Arts Festival and Senior Director of Performing Arts at the National Arts Council.

Her interest in contemporary performance has led her to introduce artists the likes of Robert Wilson, Philip Glass, Michael Nyman, Tan Dun, Akram Khan, Anne Teresa Keesmaker and Tadashi Suzuki to name a few to Singapore audiences. A steadfast champion of Singapore artists, her international commissions, co-productions, and collaborations have led to groundbreaking works and new opportunities for Singaporean and regional artists. This includes her curation of seasons of Singapore work in   London(2005), China (Beijing, Shanghai in 2007), Edinburgh (2009), Titian Budaya – Kuala Lumpur (2015), Brisbane Festival (2015-2017), and OzAsia Festival (2016-2018).

Ching Lee is a recipient of the Chevalier and Officier of the Order of Arts and Letters awarded by the French government, and the Public Administration Medal (Silver) conferred by the Singapore government.
