Presented by Global Cultural Alliance and curated by SAtheCollective, SoundClash is an upcoming permanent, immersive exhibition that invites visitors to journey through time and experience the evolution of Chinese music in Singapore. SoundClash guides visitors as “DJs” and “sound samplers” collecting, mixing, and reinterpreting sound samples across different historical periods, from the roots of Chinese music to speculative future sounds. The exhibition showcases Singaporean music’s progression while engaging visitors in a sensory and interactive experience.
