Shi RuXin
Board of Director

Ruxin began her career at the age of 16, studying Electronic and Electrical Engineering under a Singapore Navy sponsorship. She studied part-time to earn the ACCA qualification while keeping her bond, and graduated in just 2.5 years, laying the foundation for her journey as a Chartered Accountant.

Her early corporate experience across various multinational companies resulted her in discovering a passion for business systems implementation; she prefers dynamic, solution-driven roles over traditional desk-bound ones. This led to a transition to a Fujitsu subsidiary, where she began her career as a Business & Application Consultant before moving on to roles in Sales, Pre-Sales, and Leadership.

Despite having a diverse skill set—a unique blend of technical, financial, and operational knowledge—Ruxin had trouble securing employment during the 2009 Financial Crisis, as employers then struggled to value employees with multidisciplinary backgrounds. Undeterred, she founded her own company, turning adversity into opportunity.

Today, Ruxin is a Registered Management Consultant dedicated to supporting growing SMEs in automating their back-office operations. She is also a strong advocate for flexible work environments, actively engaging with parents (especially those with young or special-needs children), caregivers, and private university students to create truly integrated work-life solutions.
